One of our favorite summer activities is dinner outdoors with the Everett's. Friday they snuck away from their clan of munchkins and joined us for dinner al fresco at Restaurant 689 in Carbondale. We sat under huge trees lit with strings of lights talking and laughing for almost four hours. Now that is a great summer night.
Brooks joined us because his sleepy time is around 8:00, so he slept the entire evening.
